Commercial Description:
Chambly Noire is a smooth and creamy dark beer with a beige and persistent head. Its torrefaction aromas and slight bitterness enable it to perfectly accompany various fish dishes, strong cheeses and chocolate desserts.

NIce to find on tap. Darkish almost looks and smells like a light stout. Overall a carmel type sweetness. but well banances with some bitterness and even a bit of coffee.

Fragrance of desire and courage. An appearance of concealing dark drama. Insolent flavor. The palate is smooth salubrity. Overall, compulsive inutility.

Dark, creamy, malty, fairly rich flavor but a bit thin. Not one of my favorites from Unibroue. A bit disappointing.

Malty flavor with a hint of spieces. Not one of Unibroue’s better beers. Great malty flavor, but a little overcarbonated and thin-bodied.

I wasn’t terribly impressed, although it did keep with Unibroue’s unique taste. There was altogether too much carbination to go with a roasted, malty flavor. Fairly odd.

Dark brown pour with basic tan head. Belgian yeast aromas with prunes. Flavor is roasted malts along with spices and light candy flavors. Palate was thinner than I was expected.
