Pours golden with a thick white head. The head quickly subsides to almost nothing. Heavy carbonation. Good musty and malty flavor. Thick on the tongue. Very good. High alcohol content gives a nice warming sensation but doesn’t ruin the flavor. I like.

A citrusy, champagne-like beer that was kind of like a Belgian tripel only a little bit lighter in style.

Bottle. Hazy and golden with small lasting head. Faint yeasty aroma. Taste is crisp and fruity with apple and spice flavours. Well carbonated. The 9% alcohol is well masked.

A great beer to drink with food, not the kind to take an all night bender with. Pretty dominant alcoholic taste, but decent flavors of champagne and bread throughout.

An unclear peach colored beer with a tiny head that dissipates to nothing. The aroma smells like a Belgian with fruit skin. The taste has some fruit taste of peach, orange with a carbonated mouthfeel. Not complex but light tasting for 9% ABV.

Aroma is spicy ginger and Belgian yeasts. Perfume of hops. Bready, surprisingly. Champagne and french ale scents. Pours cloudy, hazy golden yellow. Big fluffy head. Funky Belgian spice flavors. A citrus hop. Some white wine components, like fruit and champagne. Very very solid. Feels fizzy like ginger ale. Remains on the tongue. A really good beer. A white wine and champagne-like sipper.

I get hits of citrus and spice and some grain too. Interesting but a bit of a muddle to me.
