RedSox2004 (353), Pacific Palisades, California, USA Apr 14, 2009 Poured hazy golden orange with a decent head and lacing. sweetish fruit and spices are prominent on the nose. Flavors follow suit, with a light to medium body, a good amount of carbonation and a nice dried apple aftertaste. Alcohol is evident and warming. apshah99 (137), Portland, Oregon, USA Apr 11, 2009 Hazy orangish pour with nice thick white head. Yeasty aroma with a little bit of malt and cloves. Tastes sweet with fruit, wheat, and a hint of cloves and coriander. Nice smooth finish, not a ton going on but very nice. Kodos (200), USA Apr 9, 2009 Bottle. Pours cloudy orange with a nice white head. Lots of sweet fruit and spices in the nose with much the same on the tongue. Very sweet with an alcohol warmth, very nice for a cold night Rciesla (3510), Exit 15W, New Jersey, USA Apr 7, 2009 Bottle. Thanks mom for picking me up a Unibroue sampler for my pathetic efforts fixing your car. Pours a golden hazy apple juice body with a white foamy head. Lots of pineapple very sweet with hints of canned pear juice and sweet residual sugars. Apple skins and dried fruit. Very sweet even with the high abv with a light tart lingering character. A good brew, i enjoyed this more some time ago. BillyMidnight (41), Alberta, Canada Apr 7, 2009 Rich, sweet and seductive just like a French-Canadian girl. Also, like French Canadian girls, offers euphoric pleasure, but leaves you wishing for a little more head. Damn. Ryan82SM (231), Louisville, Kentucky, USA Apr 5, 2009 Aroma has plenty of pineapple and yeast and was very sweet. Cloudy appearance, minor flecks in the bottom of my Trappist. Flavor once again revealed much pineapple and cherry flavors, sweet like juice. Not much complexity. Palate was lively, but short lived. A little too sweet, but pretty good anyway. scrizzz (1252), kirkland, Washington, USA Apr 5, 2009 Effervescent gold with a tall four finger head. Dry yet sweet aroma, dense wheat. Dense and soft wheat character, warm and full. Foggy yeast finish. terrybail (331), London, Ontario, Canada Apr 4, 2009 341ml bottle at Chancey Smiths In London ontario
