Pours a golden orange with a quickly disappearing white head. Aroma is strong of banana, yeast, and bread. I detected notes of citrus, possibily oranges. The feel is typical of a Unibroue beer, very carbonated. The flavor is about the same as the aroma, but the citrus really comes through. The finish is rather dry, but the beer is still pretty good.

12 oz bottle poured into duvel tulip. 2" head. Cloudy light orange in color. Copper aroma (but not in a bad way). Slight citrus flavor. Very smooth and a bit sweet. Somewhat similar to la fin du monde, just lighter. Not a complex beer but very smooth and the alcohol content is fairly well masked. Tasty, refreshing beer. Will definitely have another.

Bottle from Kegs & Barrels in Plano, TX. Pours a cloudy orange with nice white fizzy head. Aroma of fruit, a little orange, possibly some coriander, some farmhouse, various spices, wheat. Flavor has some farmhouse, wheat, malty, some various spices, faint cinnamon, coriander, faint alcohol burn. Mouth feel is medium body, fizzy carbonation. Overall, a very well made beer...tasty!

Poured hazy golden orange with a decent head and lacing. sweetish fruit and spices are prominent on the nose. Flavors follow suit, with a light to medium body, a good amount of carbonation and a nice dried apple aftertaste. Alcohol is evident and warming.

Hazy orangish pour with nice thick white head. Yeasty aroma with a little bit of malt and cloves. Tastes sweet with fruit, wheat, and a hint of cloves and coriander. Nice smooth finish, not a ton going on but very nice.

Bottle. Pours cloudy orange with a nice white head. Lots of sweet fruit and spices in the nose with much the same on the tongue. Very sweet with an alcohol warmth, very nice for a cold night

Bottle. Thanks mom for picking me up a Unibroue sampler for my pathetic efforts fixing your car. Pours a golden hazy apple juice body with a white foamy head. Lots of pineapple very sweet with hints of canned pear juice and sweet residual sugars. Apple skins and dried fruit. Very sweet even with the high abv with a light tart lingering character. A good brew, i enjoyed this more some time ago.

Rich, sweet and seductive just like a French-Canadian girl. Also, like French Canadian girls, offers euphoric pleasure, but leaves you wishing for a little more head. Damn.
