Bottle. Pours hazy, golden with a white foamy head. Nose of yeast, spices and peach. Sweet flavour of light malt, spices and oranges. Medium boded. Nice.

Cork popped and the room immediately filled with that sweet yeasty smell like bread baking. The pour was golden and clear with delicate carbonation and a creamy head. The head faded quickly but never fully disappeared. Subtle coriander, peach in the nose. Light in the mouth without being thin. Tickles the tongue with a lemon lime. Initially you can taste the sugar (although it is subtle) but no hops. Very slight hop and yeast finished. This is a refreshing beer great for drinking on when refreshing is first in mind!

Cloudy yellow-orange pour with a thinning white head, strong aroma of orange and yeast, flavor is very sweet orange and apple, well-balanced, finishes crisp, very refreshing beer.

Pours a hazy orange/yellow with a large impressive head. Aroma of banana, lemon, clove, apple, bubble gum, spice and Unibroue yeast. Tastes of banana, lemon and orange, clove, apple, and Unibroue yeast. Great mouth feel, fine carbonation and mouth coating. Really like this beer.

Bottle pours light cloudy golden color with off white head. Aroma is biscuit, banana, and some yeast. Medium-light mouthfeel. Flavor follows the nose and hides the alcohol pretty well. Nice brew for the style.

Cloudy foggy yellow in color. Banana, orange, lemon zest notes. Tasty, not too aggressive. Easy drinking high gravity beer.

Poured at the beefest at Gulfstream park. Very cloudy orangish color. Upon intial whiff there is no question that this is a Unibroue beer. You can smell their yeast strain and it is so easily recognizable to me. In the nose I get some gum, spices, yeast, bread, banana, and some stone fruits. Once you get through the fluffy white head, you get a very yeasty, fruity, and soft beer. Good stuff as usual. And the damn brewery is pronounced UniBREW. NOT UniBROW. My mistake of the night last night. Damn.
