A - Best by 11-30-07, Poured into a Unibroue Trois Pistoles glass, nice cloudy yellow color, nice carbonation, big white foamy head which lasts a few mintues, some lacing afterwards. S - Scents of yeast, citrus, and some spices. T - The taste if tangy, slightly bitter, with a dry finish. Alcohol content is hidden very well. M - Medium body, lots of carbonation on the tongue. A very nice well rounded brew. D - Very drinkable. Will definitely buy again.

2008 Bottle - Pours a hazy pale coper with a huge, lingering white head...aroma is apples, yeast and grain...flavour is distinctly begian...alcohol, banana, spice, there is a certain enjoyable sour tang that follows this brew...fun...

Tulip glass, from bottle. Cloudy tan pour with a bubbly pale head. Red fruits/apple on the nose, warm sour tones tickle. Slightly sour on the tongue with fruity overripe tones. Thick and sweet in the mouth, good overall strong ale. Heavy.

Hazy orange-yellow. Spicy aroma. Hits the palate assertively. Not a mild beer at all. Flavor of wheat and spices hide the alcohol well. Bitter finish. This is a delicious and surprisingly drinkable beer...refreshing even.

Bottle pours a slightly hazy honey lemon color with a thin white head. Spiced wheat and yeast aroma. Flavor is initially sweet, fruity, and malty followed by a slightly dry and bitter aftertaste with lasting wheat. Prickly carbonation on the tongue. Slight warming from the alcohol, but fairly well masked 9%.
