| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 2/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Oct 22, 2008 good aroma and taste--medium sweet, light bitter, light sour, light vinegar; it looks like some hazy thing; smooth albeit chunky; good. philippem (53), Montréal, Quebec, Canada

It shows which glass to use. I didn’t and it foamed up like crazy and overflowed. haha you learn something new everyday. This was some good stuff! Has great flavor and a great aftertaste. If it wasn’t so pricey, I’d drink this more often. Cheers. danielcurtis81 (883), San Diego, California, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Oct 13, 2008 Getting my notebook online. Bottle. Pours a rich gold, some decent bubbles. Lost of yeast and some sour citrus flavors. Not really my thing. Fyrdraca (15), Greenville, South Carolina, USA
| 4.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 5/5 | 19/20 | Oct 13, 2008 A nice, opaque golden beer, yeasty and very sweet. There’s an herbal taste I can’t quite place. It’s an attractive beer with a white head and a fair amount of carbonation. Very dry, with a lingering citrus taste. It’s difficult to detect its high alcohol content. Very drinkable. KnN (716), Greenbelt, Maryland, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Oct 11, 2008 Woo, this is a yeasty beasty. Pours a hazy deep gold with a long lasting white head. Some good lacing. Aroma is yeast and funk. Almost like a sour beer, but man, this is a yeast bomb. Flavor is more of the same. Hiding behind the yeast and malt is a bit of spice. Some clove maybe? This is a big big sweet beer. Good stuff. noncaloric (605), Madison, Wisconsin, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 2/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 17/20 | Oct 7, 2008 Summary: Bring out the spice, and bring out the funk. Aroma: Powerful yeasty funk and coriander. Appearance: Hazy apricot-orange, no real head, just bubbles. Flavor: Sweet and yeasty from beginning to end, and delicious on that count. Heavily spiced: coriander, gumball, black pepper. Lightly fruity, some lemon zest at the front, some melon at the finish. Flavors linger forever. Palate: Lightly carbonated, warming. Dryness offsets the sweetness nicely. AllAboutStout (605), Cincinnati, Ohio, USA
| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Oct 5, 2008 This is easily my favorite of the Unibroue offerings. I could drink this all the time.
Pours a dark gold in color, with a highly carbonated head forming on top. Smell is floral and fruity. Plenty of ripe fruit, mostly lighter fruits. Taste is delicious juicy fruits, some noticeable, typical unibroue yeast. Very bubbly mouthfeel and very easy drinking. Could drink a lot of this.
