Bottled at EBF 2008. Hazy golden, medium white head. Fruity aroma with mango, banana and peaches, spicy, yeasty notes. Medium bodied, moussy mouthfeel. A bit too sweet.

750 ml. bottle. Pours a huge, puffy head which rapidly diminishes, color a is cloudy pale yellow...nose of citrus and honey with mild yeast...tastes of citrus, spices, mild malt..mouth feel good...many qualities reminiscent of Italian Pinot Grigio.

(Bottled) Opaque darkish golden with a small head. Strongly grainy-sugary aroma with honey hints. Honey-grainy malty flavor with citrusy hops. Well hidden alcohol. Medium to full body with soft carbonation. A good beer, but not spectacular. Sweetness reasonably in balance.

Blanche triple, assez unique comme expérience. Un peu épicé, belle couleur tirant sur le doré. Le gout d’alcool se fait discret malgré 9%. Pour ceux qui aiment Unibroue, go for it!

From a 750 ml bottle purchased at "Liquor Direct" in Covington, KY - This one poured a rich, golden brew with a tall white head of foam and a full, grainy aroma. Tastewise, it’s excellent, with a full, rich malty flavor and a lucious palate.

Bottle 341ml. @ home.
Clear medium orange color with a large, frothy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, toasted, caramel, fruity, moderate to light light heavy yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (290608)

12 oz bottle. Pours a hazy dark gold with a huge fizzy white head that diminishes to a thin collar then disappears completely.

The aroma is some sweet grainy malts with a tinge of rotten fruit sourness and a little grassy bitterness and some bananas and cloves.

The flavor is some sweet and sugary malts, fruits (bananas), musty yeast, some spices and cloves, and a grassy bitter finish. The mouthfeel is medium to full with some sharp carbonation.

Overall, an interesting Belgian. I like some aspects but not others.
