3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 Chipalsa (1117) - Florida, USA - MAR 16, 2013
Hmm.. Ok. I’ve had this beer about 10 times now, this rating is for a 4 year-old bottle. The pour is awesome; full of flowing bubbles amongst a yellow, cloudy body. It smells like yeast, lemonhead candy and pineapple. Flavors of fresh bread, piny citrus and soft herbs come to mind, while hops cleanse the palate with a subtle bitterness. What a beer to behold that ages so wonderfully.
3.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 columbustaster (32) - Ohio, USA - MAR 15, 2013
Pours a hazzy yellow with a thick white head, little lacing. Aroma of sweet fruit and spice. Tastes like a Belgian style should. More tartness than La Fin ... Some alcohol warmth at finish. Creamy on palate.
3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 9/20 Beerenberger (821) - Fischer, Texas, USA - MAR 14, 2013
The aroma is Belgian yeast with citrus notes. Pours a hazy amber with no head and no lacing. The taste is lightly sweet. Belgian yeast, orange, hints of dark fruit, and grain. The finish has a pleasing bit of a burn - either a peppery-like spice or alcohal. Medium body with moderate carbonation. Somewhat of a creamy mouthfeel. Overall, a very drinkable and enjoyable Belgian strong ale.

3.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 Sikash (179) - North Carolina, USA - MAR 7, 2013
Nice hazy clear golden cover with a nice foamy white head that doesn’t last. Aroma is nice and sweet with additional notes for orange and banana and maybe a little bit of pepper. Flavor is sweet and kind of clean with a few ester need totes. The finish has a nice alcohol flavor. Mouthfeel is kind of thin carbonation is average. Overall this is a decent beer.
