belle couleur ambre, mousse disparait rapidement. Un belle atome de fruit, pomme/poire. biere forte un peu trop sucre, mais c’est le style. Tres bonne overall, un peu trop gazeuse par exemple.

341 ml bottle, Winnipeg, MB, Canada. Hazy apricot, thin head. Peppery aroma, some citrus and bread. Smooth, some honey sweetness then a ginger bite. Finish is long, more citrus pepper.

Strong but easy to drink. Fizzy. Banana. Real yeasty. Lots of thin lacing. Thanks Tony.

Best by: 28SEP13 Thanks Bob A: Pours an apricot ale with haze, a transient off white head leaving a central cap and ring of the same. No lace. S: Banana and Unibroue yeast. Just look into my other reviews for further adjectives on the issue. I can say, however, this is less offensive with the malt profile here than in the others. But, still, last one I intend to have. T: Tastes like all other Unibroue beers with a twist of sweet banana and dinner roll. M: Medium bodied with hi carb and a long and slick finish which is granular for me. O: Again, I’m disappionted by Unibroue. I just can’t stand their yeast, but I understand it makes many, many people happy. Serving type: bottle 09-04-2011

Fin duft av hvete. Dunkel gulbrun farge. Tynt dekkende skum. Smak av hvete med en litt søtlig smak.

Évaluation no. 19 Juillet 2010. De couleur blonde, elle présente une mousse onctueuse à bulles moyenne et très persistante. Aucun nez perçu. En bouche, l’attaque se fait tout en alcool avec des notes de caramel. L’alcool prédomine te tue les autres saveurs.

Pours like a cider with the same quickly disappearing effervescent head. Also has a faint apple and spice aroma. Taste a lovely light fruity experience, mostly pear, light spiciness, leaves behind a nice smooth coating on the tongue which is slightly acidic. Boy does this hide 9% well. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Light honey color and bubbly head. Aroma of yeast, wine notes, and alcohol at the end. Flavor is full of esters, grains of paradise, bananas, and honey. Sweet, highly carbonated and a nice lingering taste.

341 ml bottle. Pours a hazy yellow/orange with light head. Aromas of Unibroue yeast, bananas, yellow fruit, and wheat. Flavors are similar with the highlight on the fruit.
