May 18, 2008 Light cloudy yellow color, dense white head that dissapates and a torrent of bubbles storming to the top. Peach, bannana and apricot aroma sits above a wheat and lemon base. A big fruity smell. Mildly acidic pinapple flavor stands above the potent alcohol content but you know the 9% is there. Masterfully done. Like many high content belgiums there is a very bubbly palate. Another complete stunner from Unibroue.

May 13, 2008 1/18/08 notes: from 12oz bottle. Strong fruit aroma of citrus, spice, banana?, This aroma was more intense than other unibroue offerings. High carbonation, a good body and very smooth, thick, sweet fruity finish. Very good.

Aroma of coriander, spice, grain, yeast, fruit, caramel. Medium bodied with an average carbonation and mild alcoholic texture. Moderated sweet flavour mild acidic. Spicy fruity finish.

May 3, 2008 Frothy head good on a yellow beer with good carbonation.Aroma,wheat,clove,orange,cinnamon,cori and lemon,grain sweetness.Flavour,right at you,lemon,clove,orange,cinnamon,banana,sweetness of wheat and barley.Great drink for a veal or lamb roast dinner.Finish is full flavours dry and sweet.

Apr 30, 2008 Hazy gold/orange, excellent lacing and a well sustained head compliment the attractive gold body. Fresh aroma with pineapples, strong spice (cloves, coriander, allspice) and remniscent of a light white wine (reisling, chardonnay.) In the taste, the chardonnay suggestions are even more apparent, presenting fresh picked apples, hay, and a buttery, rounded finish. The alcohol is very well hidden in this well-balanced "triple-wheat" ale.
