Smells like stale fruit, tastes like a regular run-of-the-mill beer, has an aftertaste that makes saliva build in my mouth like I was about to vomit.

Pours an opaque pastel orange, with a very large off-white head. Aroma is a little sour, with banana, clove, egg white. Flavor initially tastes a lot like an orange julius; orange and cream whip. Then follows a little alcohol, not much, and ends abruptly and dryly. Mouthfeel is a little watery, but spritzy. A little on the diet side of Belgian, but still mildly enjoyable. Overall, good minus.

Bottle 750ml. Aged for 2 years piror to tasting. Poured golden straw with a slight haze and a large, frothy, off-white head which was mostly diminishing. Aroma was of floral hops with sweet yeasty malts, lemon citrus, mandarin, apricots, cinnamon, coriander, hay and light barnyard notes. Flavor was a mild spicy hop bitterness with bready malts, tangy lemon zest, orange peel, green grapes, coriander and light notes of white pepper. Medium bodied with mild carbonation, a dry mouthfeel, slick texture and a long length finish.

Slightly less than golden colored beer that is not clear but exactly cloudy either. Thin white head. Sweet malty and citrus aroma, bananas, vanilla with a hint of spice and honey. Flavor is much the same with more than a hint of spice and some orange citrus flavor making an appearance as well. Spices wrap the malty flavors of the this medium bodied beer and give a refreshing kick. Carbonated, go figure, but smooth and easily drinkable.

Bottle Pours golden orange with a white head which is smaller than most Unibroue beers. Nose is orange and banana with a bit of wheat and yeast. Flavour is similar with citrus and yeast standing out but with a bit more spice. Medium bodied with lots of carbonation, this isn’t the best beer made by Unibroue but it’s up there and is highly drinkable.

Bottle. Pours a golden color and large puffy head. There is a spicy smell to this one, along with the typical banana and yeast characteristics of this style. The flavor is big, and a little on the thin side. I expected a more robust palate from such a big beer, but it is still very enjoyable.

Bottle pours a hazy straw color with a thin head. Aroma of spice, yeast and citrus. Nice sweet taste with a hint of spice, citrus, yeast and malt. This is a very tasty brew that is perfectly balanced with the right amount of alcohol and carbonation to finish this one off.
