Wow, it is a blonde beer on steroids! Very strong taste, a bit fruity. Watch out, high alcohol level that kicks like you would not expect.

Poured from 355mL bottle. Hazy golden yellow with white head. Yeasty citrus aroma. Fairly sweet citrusy taste, some yeast, and mild alcohol. Light-medium body.

This beer is poetic bliss. Pours a pale straw color with champagne carbonation and an adamant, tall head of creamy white foam. The nose sparkles with crisp wheat, flaked grain, pale malt scents and decadent ripe fruit. Apricots and honey. It’s an earthy yeast with a delicate spice. Taste is full of sensation. The terrible sweetness, the chalky dryness, the spice and bit of pepper. It has just enough alcohol to warm you gently in your chest as the dry finish clears your senses in anticipation of the next sip. Bravo!

It pours hazy (translucent) amber with copper highlights; the head is off-white and foamy. The aroma has notes of: yeast-funk, apricots, and fresh-grains. The taste is medium sweet that finishes with a medium-heavy spiciness; there are notes of: aforementioned aroma notes, coriander, black pepper, and orange-zest. The palate is medium bodied, has medium carbonation, and a long finish. Overall, it’s like a combination between a tripel and a saison - pretty tasty.

Bottle pours pale golden. Nose slightly sour, spicy clove, crisp fruit. Taste tart up front, clove, spice, middle palate sweet malt, hint of apple, Belgian yeast. Spicy finish.

Bottle. Apple, pear aroma. Hazy golden body with thin head, sediment collecting on the bottom. Crisp and Dry like a champagne, hints of apple, pear and spice. Very unique. Hides the alcohol content well
