75 cl. bottle with a 03-20-2006 best before date. Straw colored with a white head. Smells of orange peels, spices. Taste is tart wheat malts, breads, and spicy yeast. Has a clean, zesty mouthfeel. Finishes with a spicy alcohol bite to remind you of it’s 9% nature. Very drinkable, this brew raises the bar for wheat beers. April 2004

Cloudy yellow pour that clears out once the bubbles stop. Citrusy aroma. Flavor starts out citrus, but later the smooth wheat and vanilla flavors appear. Good.

Very citrusy flavor. Very much like a strong pale aile. Creamy with a bit of yeast on the bottom.

spicier than other unib offerings, but very similiar to the rest as well. I prefer las fin du monde personally, as I think most do.

750 ml, belle bière blonde-or, comme une tripel, belle saveurs, longue en bouche.

Wow... a fantastique wheat beer that could stand easily alongside the best Belgians... loaded with flavours... nutty, malty, fruity... don’t pass this one up if you ever get to try it!

Pours hazy yellow. Smells of orange and cardboard. Semi-sweet with a dry full finish.
