Aug 24, 2007 Bottle. Golden yellow. Aroma is of sweet fruits. The flavor is apple, grapes, and other nice sugary-tart fruits. Finish was a little yeasty, and the alcohol was not noticeable at all.

Aug 22, 2007 Pours a light golden yellow with a thick white head. Aroma is very light fruits with apples, white grapes, and even some white wine. A yeasty aroma as well. Taste is very good with light fruits comming out such as pears and white grapes. A sweet yeast and malty flavor follows with a touch of heat from the alcohol before a subtle hop profile subdues the sweetness and leaves the tounge slightly bittered. Mouth feel is decent and notable. Not bad.

Aug 20, 2007 bottle. Pours a cloudy light copper with a tall white head. Nose is fairly spicy with hints of pepper, coriander, apples, bread, and light banana. Flavor is pretty good, a balance between sweet smoothness and light wild, spicy notes. It has some clove and banana, similar to their La Fin du Monde, but here I get more green apples, wild grass, ripe fruits. Not bad at all, though I did prefer most of the others from Unibroue.

Aug 19, 2007 330ml bottle in friendly company with Skinnyviking at Pegasus, Copenhagen. Nice, slightly hazy amber body under a solid foam stand. Some fruit sediments floating around. Flowery, fruity and refreshing aroma. The flavour brings sweetness of vanilla, late fruits, honey and even candies. A yeasty bitterness in the ending ensures that the beer is not too sweet (03.08.2007).

Aug 15, 2007 Bottle. Hazy bright yellow with small quickly diminishing head. Aroma with notes of apples and wheat. Taste apples, wheat and malt also some sour notes, a little too fruity in a way thats not so good. I had high expectations, that wasn´t quite fullfilled.

Aug 14, 2007 Pours amber/gold with minimal head. Yeasty fruit,banana, cherry scents erupt on my nose, as well as candied, sugary malt aromas and light spice. A fruity, yeasty brew with soft, carressing flavors and a twinkle of carbonation. Alcohol is well disguised and the flavor hides the strength of a latent beast of a brew. Nice beer.
