Strong is the right word. Smells like a fruit basket and the taste is not much different. Careful...you may forget you are drinking beer. But don’t call this beer fruity. The 9% alcohol gives it a kick after the fruit wears off. Not a big fan of this style, but not undrinkable

Another great punch from Unibroue. The color is a hazy golden orange. Aroma is lemon-orange cirus with hints of other sweet fruits. The taste is very similar with sweet fruits fronted by lemon. Yeast is evident as this is bottle fermented. Taste hides a very strong brew (9%). My favorite is still Maudite from Unibroue, but this is still a great beer.

750 mL bottle. Pours a hazy golden orange with less head compared to other Unibroue beers. Aroma is peachy, vanilla, and soft mango. Flavor starts out innocently, then a fruity burst hits your palate. Sweet flavor and another solid offering from these guys.

First off this beer smells like pears when its uncorked. Poured into a mug it has a lite yellow clear color. The head disappears quickly. It is not as sweet as Maudite but has a sweet alcohol-pear flavor none the less. I really dont notice any distinctive flavors in this one outside of the pear. Its pretty straight foward, not as complex tasting as Maudite. I still like it however. The aftertaste is fizzy on the tongue with a medium to long closure. A 9% alcohol volume is very evident in this beer. A good beer which is comparable to Maudite without all the spicy undertones.

Bottle. Poured a golden yellow with a pretty tame head. Aromas of alcohol, yeast, toffee, and a little red wine. Has a nice, distinctive Drambuie taste wth some good maltiness, quite a bit of banana, and a pretty effervescent mouthfeel.

Bottle. Cloudy pale yellow body with a smallish white head. Aroma is fruity with bananas, peaches, some vanilla, and maybe a bit of citrus. Flavor is similar, quite fruity. I tasted a lot of banana, with peaches, vanilla, and yeast. Moderately carbonated. Quite a nice beer.

Cloudy orange, thin head. Orange, lemon, vanilla, something creamy. Flavor is orange, malt, oak/whiskey (very slight), yeast, spice, vanilla/alcohol.

Sampled at an American Beer Tasting Event but unfortunately I forgot my notes. My first wheat triple! Very acidic, fruity (lemon, oranges etc.) and yeasty. Coriander in the finish.
