Pors a hazy pale orange with a white head. Sweet and fruity. Aromas of baked pears and yeast. Quite floral. High carbonation. Oily mouthfeel. Warming alcohol in the finish. Very nice "broue". I also bought one I meant to cellar. But after tasting it I´m thinking it might not get any better.

12 ounce bottle. Hazy. On the dark side of golden. Snow white head. Aromas of lemon, orange, grass, candy, and light spice. Pretty nice flavor. Peppery. citrus. lightly sweet. Typical Unibroue yeast character. Palate is light. One of my favorite Unibroue offerings.

12 oz. bottle. Best before 4/21/08, enjoyed on 11/7/05. Pours a murky, pale yellow/orange with a medium sized, fizzy, white head. Mostly diminishing. Aroma is orange, lemon and lots of cloves. The flavor is oranges, apricots, bananas, clove and corriander. Slight tartness, especially in the finish. The lively carbonation bites the tongue on the finish. Alcohol is well hidden.

Bottle. Pours golden orange with an off white head. Aroma is very fruity, with peach, pineapple, and citrus. Flavor also has this fruity element, as well as yeast and spices. Very nice.

12oz bottle. Hazy and cloudy. Dark, dull golden hue. Grainy, apply nose. Floral and vinuous. Slightly musty. Fruity esters and a sweet caramel note. A little wheaty. Lively and full. Plummy and caramel notes. Nice whisky-ish burn, not too menacing, but warming and smooth. Defined honey and raisin note.
