BeerBelcher (698), Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA Apr 5, 2008 This beer had been languishing in my fridge for a bit, and i regret that I’d overlooked it. It is spicey, full-bodied, tripel-like, and pretty good, despite the unknown age of this particular example.
Appearance wasn’t great. There was a lot of Sprite/7-Up looking head initially, which quickly faded to a scummy coating. Aroma is quite spicey, like clove and coriander. Flavor is a bit over-sweet, but offers nice spiciness and some zesty citrusness. Mouthfeel is a bit sticky. Pretty good.
I would recommend this beer. I believe I bought this bottle on New Year’s Day at Koppa’s Food on Farwell Ave in Milwaukee (across from Comet Cafe).

Highly carbonated. Light yeasty aroma of fruit and spice. Flavor is sweet but balanced by the high carbonation. Very drinkable. Bigmmartin (137), Dayton, Ohio, USA Jul 15, 2008 Bottle. Not my favorite beer from Unibroue. Golden in color, huge white fizzy head. Aroma is sweet and yeasty with flavor being mostly tart and belgian yeast. Very dry finish. Would prefer the Trois Pistoles or La Fin Du Monde.
