The label is right, this beer is a Gift of God for those who like the style. I was impressed with the yeasty malt flavor with a touch of fruit and spices, tasty beer.

Pours a hazy blonde with a big white head. The aroma is spicy with some apricot bread dough and plenty of yeastiness. The flavor is largely dry and bready with some pear some spiciness a bit of light fruit sweetness and overall just very unique.

$6.99 for the 750. Golden orange pour with a considerable white head. I found it to be quite yeasty and wheaty, comparable to the Gouden Carolus Triple. Fruits and spice. Not Unibroue’s best, but absolutely worth a try.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy orange with a good head. The taste is a smooth citrus that finishes with a nice alcohol warmth. A really nice drink.

cool label art work and in the Unibroue family, and in my opinion, much better than it’s brother beer, Trois Pistoles. great appearance, not too light, not too amber, a great in between color which begged me to drink it. Great looking, better tasting! the 9% didn’t hurt either!

12oz bottle: Appearance is a hazy golden brown with quick fading white head, aroma of spices pale malt and hints of alcohol, flavor has very strong cinnamon/nutmeg like spices slightly sweet also with a light body full flavored thats not over dominated in any way. one of the best belgian style ales that i have had that isnt from there.

[Eyes] two finger head, to much carbonation on this beer!, quickly dissipates. Milky golden haze. [Nouse] Yeasty, citric, fruity, fresh... [Mouth] Malt hits the mouth first giving way to honey and alcohol and cirtic finish, medium body, a lot of carbonation A great strong Belgian-style ale. Really big fan of the Unibroue.
