crystal clear golden with a great fluffy white head too bad it disappears. good lacing. bread coriander and cinnamon dominate the aroma with interesting underlying notes of apple and vanilla. very interesting aroma. great balanced sweet tart spicy flavor. apples coriander cinnamon. reminds me of a bowl of granola with some apples in the morning. finish at first dominated by sweet tart dry apple with light spices leading into a great harmonious bread apple spice finish. full body lively carbonation. great beer. apple cinnamon bread pudding in a bottle?

Jul 17, 2008 Bottle. Poured gold with alot of carbonation. Aroma of yeast, fruit, spice. Taste is of citrus, spice, malt. Body is light, finish is dry.

Jul 15, 2008 Bottle. Not my favorite beer from Unibroue. Golden in color, huge white fizzy head. Aroma is sweet and yeasty with flavor being mostly tart and belgian yeast. Very dry finish. Would prefer the Trois Pistoles or La Fin Du Monde.

Jul 14, 2008 Bottle from woodsman52. Light amber with a large white head. Sweet malty yeast aroma. Very sweet taste and overly fizzy in my opinion. Good brew but these guys have become quite average for my experiences. Many of their beers have similar qualities.

Jul 14, 2008 nicely balanced beer. tastes similar to the 1900 grand cru lambic. enjoyable beer has a nice palate that will make your mouth water.

Jul 14, 2008 341ml bottle at Rhino in Toronto. Thought there would be more head as a triple white but not so much. Small white head, cloudy yellow colour. Strong yeast aroma and yeasty citrus taste. Very similar to Fin du Monde. Does blend in the 9% very well.
