Poured golden straw with a slight haze and a large, frothy, off-white head which was mostly diminishing. Aroma was of floral hops with sweet yeasty malts, lemon citrus, mandarin, apricots, cinnamon, coriander, hay and light barnyard notes. Flavor was a mild spicy hop bitterness with bready malts, tangy lemon zest, orange peel, green grapes, coriander and light notes of white pepper. Medium bodied with mild carbonation, a dry mouthfeel, slick texture and a long length finish.

750 ml pours a cloudy golden color with a nice white head. Aromas of banana, Belgian yeast. Medium bodied, refreshing, alcohol well hidden. Good.

Hazy orange gold with white head. Aroma of dank yeast and banana. Taste is sweet banana and wheat with a champagne feel on the tongue.

Poured from 12 ounce bottle. The aroma is fruity, caramel, sour milk. The flavor is fruity, apple, caramel, cardboard. This bottle must be oxidized. I will have to re-rate this beer.

Bottle into glass.. cloudy orange pour with white head.. This is a tasty one.. Malts lemon. ?good bel strong imo

Huge foamy white head with Golden body. Strong banana peel and yeast aroma. Surprisingly bitter for this type of beer.

April 2010. Bottle. Tropical fruit and spice aromas. Color is golden yellow with a white head. Flavors are banana, spices, malt and hops. Nice finish.

Bottle->Trappist. Hazy gold with effervescent white head. Aroma is strong, with yeast and banana. Taste is wheat, banana, spice, with tart finish. Good carbonation, great mouthfeel. Very good overall.

Bottle out of taster pack from Trader Joe’s. Cloudy gold pour. Beautiful aroma of banana, clove, sugar, nectarine, orange, and clean hops. Flavor is banana, clove, and a little alcohol in the finish. A very nice beer. Wish I had one more. On to the next beer from the taster pack, La Fin Du Monde.

750ml bottle. Cloudy orange body, big snow-white head with average retention, no lacing whatsoever. Aroma of dough, yeast, pears, banana, lemon, herbs. Fresh taste of yeast, honey, pears, banana, light herbal hops, grains. Very easy to drink. An interesting hoppy/yeasty aftertaste.
