Pours a light golden color with a nice white head. The aroma is very light with floral notes and notes of fruit. The beer is fizzy with a nice taste. It is a typical belgian taste with a nice bite and hints of citrus and flowers. Paired nicely with grilled portabellos.

Pours clear, bubbly golden with a small, bubbly white head. Smells somewhat fruity with a hint of spiciness. Taste is primarily fruit sweetness with a hint of spicy effervescence. Light-bodied with a bubbly texture and average mouth-carbonation, Unibroue Eau Bénite finishes with a some mild spicy flavors.

750ml corked and caged bottle poured into a Tulip at 44°. Color is a hazy golden yellow with very good carbonation and a tall frothy white head. Aroma of yeast and pear. It has a lighter medium body with a light crisp mouth feel. Flavor is fruity with green apple, pear and orange then the yeast comes in with a bit of pepper and coriander. After taste has a dry feel as the fruit flavors hang on. Overall its a really nice Triple, light and easy drinking.

Straw colored, frothy head that made it difficult to cram it into two Unibroue glasses. Typical aroma and flavor profile to trippels. Noted presence of coriander. Dry and peppery with a fairly high level of carbonation. I liked it.

Mouthfeel medium-full, fairly soft, smooth. Flavor of fruit, mostly sweet, spice, yeast and light pepper. Low ABV apparency. Nice solid tripel ale.

750ml corked bottle pours a cloudy golden color with a massive off-white head that retains throughout the glass and leaves some outstanding lacing on the glass. Aromas of light fruits and yeast with some hints of spices. Taste is light fruitiness with some malty sweetness and yeast with hints of spice and a light hop bitterness in the finish. Medium to heavy body with very lively carbonation. All around great brew, highly recommended.
