Aroma was very subdued, pleasant but I couldn’t quite make out what it brought to mind. Perhaps every so slightly fruity? Taste was excellent, again somewhat fruity and some caramel at the end. Lovely, lovely beer. hirigalzkar (563), Stockholm, Sweden

Well, most of the bottle has already found its proper place in my liver. I can barely type. This is the 4th time I’ve edited it due to just brutal typing skills. Poured out a decent white, foamy cap with some patchy lacing... beer is probably hazy gold hard to tell at this point. Lots of effervecence. (yes, i have no idea how to spell that properly tonight). The aroma is very fruity - pineapples are the most dominant. How often can one say that? Pineapples? Killer! Bread and musty scents, something quite fragrant - no distinguishable spice at this point. The taste is just excellent! Soft, smooth, subdued spices mixed in with a nice musty taste that blends in with a faceless fruitiness. This beer is excellent. I am not a fan of Belgian Trips so the fact that this is a mild version of one really works in my favour. Smooth all the way through, soft spice finish. Man, Iove this stuff. This is not the best tripel I’ve had but I’m not sure that I have enjoyed one so fully before. Cirrhosis (616), Edmonton, Alberta, Canada

Aroma is sour wheat, orange maybe, yeast, mild spice and floral notes, smells ok nothing great but it’s very acceptable. Very wheaty taste that’s mildly sour, a soapy alcohol flavour comes through in the finish. The mouth feel is medium bodied with a sparkling carbonation feel. Beer is now warming and a banana flavour is showing through along with mild lemon pepper, the after taste is clean and sweet. This tastes like your typical Unibroue but is a little lighter flavoured and easier drinking. I’m enjoying this and would buy it again."

Head is white, fluffs up big upon pouring but recedes rather quickly, a small ring of foam is left at the edge of the glass. The aroma is fruity, sweet, rpeachy,,some madarin. Flavour is sweet, fruity as well with orange notes and the now almost too familiar Unibroue house yeast signature, Ends dry with more yeast. Medium bodied, tingling strong carbonation.
