A hazy golden body with a white head. Aroma and flavor is sweet, bananafeel and little citrus. Also some yeast. Little spicy in the end.

Bottle, 75 cl. Cloudy lion yellow, medium creamy white head. Fruity malt aroma with notes of tropical fruits, some spicy and yeasty hints as well. Medium bodied, smooth mouthfeel, yet with a lively carbonation. Nicely balanced, with a slight tendency to the sweet side. Pretty good.

Bottle. Nice head, big at first but not longlasting... orange colour... smell is citric. Taste is citric as well and flowery and fruity tones. Caramel present too. Great balance and perfect bitternes.. I like it very much. Maybe too much carbonatation, but an excellent beer.

Light, hazy yellow with a small white head. Spicy with flowery tones. Full body with a nice sweet finish.

Bottled. Poured a slightly hazy orangey-golden with lots of rising carbonation and a tall, creamy off-white head. Aroma was of soft, flowery notes and peppery spices with more distant layers of bread, candi sugar, and vinous notes. Flavor was of peppered-up sourdough and caramel upfront.. peppery spices throughout with mild floral bitterness.. sweet, peppery finish.. very tasty! Almost syrupy upfront and slicker across the middle of the palate.. spices carry it. Higher carbonation, but it worked well.

bottle. Not very impressed with this one. Too sweet and tastes sort of waxy. There’s something missing here. The spice reminds me of pumpkin and that is a redeeming feature, but overall not very impressive. Not as syrupy as other Unibroues I’ve had. A bit dry as well. Oh well.

A Mes rate: Bottle at my ’Local’. Following the Fin Du Monde that I couldn’t be bothered finishing was this little gem that I also didn’t finish. A seriously over rated brewery in my opinion.

750 ml bottle from BC Liquor store Coquitlam: Hazy golden color with lots of tiny bubbles and a fluffy white head. Aroma is fruity white wine and a little yeast spice. Flavor follows aroma with the spicy, fruity white wine thyme with a light bitterness and a spicy dry finish. Medium bodied and spritzy with lively carbonation. Under-rated IMO. Wish I could get this in San Diego. A nice session tripel.
