Great golden with sediment. Malty sweetness and alcoholic warmth. Complex and welldone! Nekronos (2261), Xalapa, Mexico Sep 15, 2006 Veyr good, although a little dissapointing it has very good yeasty flavour, but not much aroma. Good foam. TomDecapolis (3130), Skippack, Pennsylvania, USA Sep 1, 2006 Thanks to fatty. Pours a translucent golden with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of sweet maltiness, honey, caramel, yeast and alcohol. Flavors of the same a bit watery and bready. Lubiere (4463), Ottawa, Ontario, Canada Aug 27, 2006 While the ham is cooking, poured myself a good one, bought at Jovi this spring. Been a while I havent had an Eau Bénite. Pours a hazy golden ale with a thick white head. Aroma of banana, lemon, oranges, and the typical Unibroue yeast. In mouth, a nice sweet cnady malt with warming alcohol, coriander and oranges, some maple notes. A good round body. Always a good beer. TheBeerOrg (1563), Kentucky, USA Aug 24, 2006 Grocery store in Marseilles. Pours amber with an uncharacteristic Unibroue head: fully receding white head. Aroma of bubble gum, toffee, clove, caramelized ale fruits. Taste is sweet, yeasty, and fruity. Notes of plums, raisins, and orange. Mouthfeel is full bodied, sticky with lush carbonation.
