Pours hazy golden with enormous white head. Yeasty, apple aroma with a hint of spice. Flavor is the same with a touch of bubblegum. Very smooth and drinkable for a tripel.

This was phenomenally delicious. Good balance between some light fruits such as apple and a bit more darker like banana or plum. Lots of yeast and white pepper. Thick mouth feel with a generous head.

Pours a cloudy golden color with a super thick white head. Aroma is of yeast, coriander, cloves, malts, and spices. Flavor is very aromatic feeling in the mouth. I can pick up some cloves, spices, yeast, and hops. Leaves a spiced yeast and hop finish. Nice triple we have here.

On draft at Rattle’n’Hum. A yeasty, dry tripel, made with what tasted like wheat to me. Not bad.

Candy sugar, belgian yeast, banana, and a little funk in the aroma. Flavor starts with a little banana bread, finishes with a slightly unpleasant herbal funk and some spice and drying alcohol.

Pours a hazy golden yellow with a foamy white head that quickly disappears. Aroma is yeast, spices, slightly more than a hint of banana and some other candied fruit. The taste comes across the same with the yeast and carbonation taking over. Overall a decent beer.

Hazy golden color out of the tap with a large, foamy white head. Very fragrant aroma of bitter orange peel, spice and banana. Candi sugar and honey sweetness with doughy yeast, fruit, banana, bitter orange peel and spice. This is a very nice Belgian triple.

Bouteille 341ml.

UPDATED: JAN 11, 2013 The aroma is boozy and also very yeasty and fruity with plenty of sweet malt and spice. The appearance is golden with an average head. The taste is like the aroma. The palate is smooth. Overall a well made beer all around but nothing really stands out.
