| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jul 15, 2005 Overcarbonated. Smells like a barn, and not all of that is good: some earthy horse hair, mossy dirt and some plastic smells, but there’s also some good saison-like spices in there. Good flavor, with some spicy wheat, cloves and lemons, and a sour finish that is very nice. FoolishMortal (965), San Diego, California, USA
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 8/20 | Jul 14, 2005 Orange gold with a slightly rocky medium sized head. Apple and muted spicy yeast esters in the aroma. Muted spicy flavors with a sharp atale flavor the extends into the finish. It’s probably a really old bottle, from the conditions I found it in. Mouthfeel is medium. joergen (8523), Frederiksberg, Denmark

| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Jul 1, 2005 Look is a cloudy and hazy gold color with monstrous head created. In the aroma i find traces of apple and little amount of yeast. The flavor isn’t that strong and actually taste rather flat and old, so i assume this bottle is over 2 years old or around that time era. The things tasted are a small serving of apple and yeast and a soap or detergent. Pour example of an abbey tripel not only because the flavor is boring but also because it doesnt age well. Not even after spending all of its lonesome boring days in the pitch black cool cooler at a liquor store. Storm (2685), Amager, Denmark

| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Jun 22, 2005 On a sunny terras in "la douce France" From a 33cl bottle, faint hazy warm-golden color with an almost white head. foam is light and fluffy and the beer is lively. It has a refreshing malty nose with hints of fruity yeast, touches of apricot-pit, some fresh herbs and hops. the taste is smooth, light sweet with fine hints of stone fruits some peppery yeast accents and a very refreshing light hoppy bitterness. The lively carbonation brings some extra freshness in the afthertaste. Papsoe (14881), Frederiksberg, Denmark
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | May 15, 2005 Updated: Jun 14, 2005(Bottle 75 cl) Pale golden, hazy beer with a tall head kept up by an incredible carbonation. Yesty sediment. Very fruity with notes of wheat and a soft spicing. Very full-bodied but the strong alcohol is only warming - not unpleasant. Very classical triple. 300604
