Pours a dark cloudy yellow with a quickly dissapating head. Aromas of yeast, some fruits, corriander. The taste was somewhat thin for a tripel, noted however were hints of unibroue yeast, malt, fruitiness (couln’t figure out which) corriander. A so so beer.

I always seem to stumble across these obscure Unibroue offerings. Seeing as this isn’t set my way, it was nice to be able to try this at a Belgian beer tasting over ther weekend. Yeasty, perfumey aroma with hints of sweet malts, herbs, vanilla, fruits and apples. Notes of caramel and fruits (especially apple). Dry with a nice creamy body.

Some citrus, a little honey, spice and of course the Unibroue yeast in the aroma of this hazy tawny coloured beer. A little thin in the mouth for a Tripel, but nice flavours of apple, spice and citrus.

.33 l bottle. Pale colorwith modest head. Aroma is slightly fruity spicy and very yeasty. Flavor is dominated by yeast with some apple, and some phenolic character. A little too overcarbonated and overfermented. Kind of bland for a tripel.

Another of the honey colored Unibrews. A mild sweet scent with yeast and traces of an odd plasticy smell. Sweet with a warm finish. Not a stunning triple but certainly drinkable.

Bottle. Cloudy yellow colour. Semi-sweet with OK power. A little boring.

Orange/yellow color with a big head. Citrus and spice nose. The taste was way off. Aside from the citrus and some yeast, it tasted very... dirty, like something was dumped into the mash tun that really shouldn’t have been there.

Pours a hazy straw colour with a huge frothy white head. Citrus, spicey and a sight alcohol note in the nose. Citrus and spice flavour. Nice mouthfeel with a strong but not overpowering alcohol presence.
