Bottled at DBF 2004. Hazy, golden. Fresh and herby citrus-aroma. Dry and champagne-ish palate. Flavour from sweet citrus.

Bottled @ DBF2004: Pale yellow. Unclear. Light white head. Has some heavy witbeer nuances. Yeast, fruit, citrus and spices in the aroma. Flavour is really great. Alcahol, banana, citrus and spices comes to mind. Complex. Nice alcahol burnt in the end. This really surprised me.

Small fizzy diminishing head. Cloudy dark yellow. Light malt and heavy yeast aroma with pineapple notes. LIght body. Fizzy on the tongue with soft carbonation. Bubbly sparkling beer, light finish. A sweet and light fruity drinkable summer Unibroue.

Yeasty spicy aroma, with fruit and baking soda. Pours a cloudy yellow, thin head. Tingly mouthfeel. Flavour is sweet, with a dry finish. Alcohol is well hidden. A refreshing, light tasting beer.

Pours white head on top of cloudy yellow. Light hops, wheat and yeast, floral and sweet with some spices. Aroma is citrus floral. Not crazy about cloves No alcohol taste. Carbonation lasting. Very Silky on tongue. Easy drinking with food.

April, 2004. Bottle Conditioned with its own glass at The Green Parrot, Hornfleur, Normandy. The bottle label is great - the picture is humorous, and the little poems (slightly different version in French) is also amusing - though the glass is boring. Matt, old gold colour with a little foam film head. An attempt at a Belgian Triple? Softly sweet with a touch of dark spice. OK, but not my thing. Aroma of a singed rubber band. [2.6]
Nov, 2006. Greasy, smokey bacon flavour, mushy corn, yeast, crude alcohol - a BBQ in a brothel. [2.4]

pours pale, hazy yellow. very lively, with a big, short-lived head. lightly malty nose, with some yeasty spiciness and light banana. flavor is very light for its strength, with initial sweetness followed with a nice, dry, grainy/hoppy tang. very good, and easy to drink for 7.7%.
