Cloudy yellow golden color, medium white frothy head. Spicy and slightly cheesy yeast aroma, hint of banana also. Spicy and yeasty taste. A triple with a hefeweizen undertone, more comparable to the Hoegaarden Grand Cru.

A better balance of the sweet, yeasty flavors and malts in this one compared to many other unibroue offerings. I still can't believe how similar a lot of their beers are in flavor, but I liked this one better than most.

Big caramel and yeast aroma. Cloudy dark straw colour with minimal fully diminishing head and marginal lacing. Sweet though spicy on a delicate malt body with some bready yeast flavours and alcohol definitely apparent. Mild tart bitterness. Medium full body. Kind of middle of the road for a triple but emminently drinkable. Bottle. *** 100th rating ***

This beer's sweet and bready aroma yield to a fruity, peachy, milder flavor, with a slight tinge of alcohol. Considering the ABV, it was well hidden.

Pale golden brew with an inch thick head of small tightly packed bubbles. Huge fruity, yeasty nose that has a solid backbone of alcohol.Medium bodied and very sweet. Sweet summer fruits, peaches and apricots with a hint of green apples. Alcohol that was evident in the nose is well hidden in the flavor.

Medium gold color, slightly hazy. Medium white foamy head. Aroma is fruity and with a touch of breadyness or mustiness. A medium bodied Belgian golden triple. Malts are fruity and only slightly sweet. Not all that spicy and yeasty. Nicely balanced. Milder tasting beer. Very drinkable. Hides the 7.7% alcohol well. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.

Medium, white head. Unclear golden-straw. Sweet, fruity (orange?), some wheat, hay, bread, sesame, little yeasty. Soft palate. Nice, easy to drink (didn’t notice the high ABV) but not all that memorable.
