Aroma: intensive in the hops and yeast. Fruity smells, some citric, like oranges, grapefruits and quince. Liquory aroma.
Flavor: ephemeral pale-malty and corny start. Yeasty progress and with fruity reminiscences similar to grapefruits, quince and banana. Spicy touch like clove and (maybe) ginger. Also, coriander notes. Hoppy and some citric final. Malty aftertaste.
Palate: medium body and carbonation.
Remark: nice yeasty, grassy and fruity taste.

Mar 22, 2008 really cloudy cider color with big billowy head. big lacing. funky grainy smell, kind of vegetal like cooked asparagus? Very yeasty. Flavors of yeast, vanilla, spice, slight citrus, alcohol, slight metal. finisheas grassy with some earthy bitterness. Fruity estersof apricot and banana become move alive with warmth. body is mildly creamy and sparkly. one of the more different beers from unibroue.

Mar 6, 2008 Flaske. Uigennemsigtig pilsnergul øl, men ikke så meget bundfald som man kunne have troet om en flaske fra 2005. Enorm sød, men det bliver skjult af en særdeles livlig karbonering, der binder øllen sammen. Men kunne ikke have drukket den varmere end 5 grader.
