Bottle 341ml. @ home.
Unclear medium orange color with small body particles, and with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, caramel and keller notes, spicy, moderate yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet (fruit sweetnes) with a average to long duration. Body is medium to light, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to lively. (290608)

Bottled. A hazy orange beer with a fast dimihishing beige head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of fruit, both fresh and stored, but also yeast and some dusty hops. The flavor is very sweet with strong notes of fruits, especially peaches, but also a touch of mango and figs, but the alcohol is also felt immediately and grows in intensity, so you taste it too. The end is smooth with notes of fruit lingering. Inspite of the 7.7% ABV and the noticable alcohol presence, the body seems thin.

33 cL bottle. Pours golden orange with a little white head. Light aroma of overripe fruit. Flavour is overripe fruit, sweet, slight woody and towards a bit dusty. Ends with a lingering fruity note.

UPDATED: JUN 14, 2005 (Bottle 75 cl) Pale golden, hazy beer with a tall head kept up by an incredible carbonation. Yesty sediment. Very fruity with notes of wheat and a soft spicing. Very full-bodied but the strong alcohol is only warming - not unpleasant. Very classical triple. 300604

Bottled. Hazy nutbrown colour, small white head. Aroma is nuty, yeasty, caramellish, banana and spices. Flavour is fruit, spices, yeast, slight malts and hops. Alcohol gives a warming sting in the flavour also.

Dark golden. Malty and rather sweet. Complex with some late bitterness.

Bottled. Hazy orange coloured with an off white head. Fruity aroma of citrus with notes of spices and yeast. Fruity flavour with notes of spices, yeast and liquorice.

Trade with Enjoyit. Thanks! 2005 Vintage. Pours cloudy golden with a large white foam and lacings. Fruity and yeasty nose an flavor with a clear oxidized note. Cellar, dust, spice, yeast and fruit. Medium bodied.

Bottle. Cloudy yellow colour. Semi-sweet with OK power. A little boring.

Misty, amber-brown colour, very nice perlage. Pleasant aroma, a bit malty, spicy. Smooth, pleasant mix of malt, spices, alcohol in the mouth. Spicy aftyertaste, ordinary palate.
