Hard to believe this is from Canada. My general experence with Beligain style beers brewed across the atlantic has been medium to down right bad (Cooperstown’s attempt was a frightening experience). This is something else. Truly a class of its own. I would recommend this to anyone - even Mom! I wish I lived closer to the Source. Paul from Denmark

Pours a light golden color with a nice white head. The aroma is very light with floral notes and notes of fruit. The beer is fizzy with a nice taste. It is a typical belgian taste with a nice bite and hints of citrus and flowers. Paired nicely with grilled portabellos.

This was phenomenally delicious. Good balance between some light fruits such as apple and a bit more darker like banana or plum. Lots of yeast and white pepper. Thick mouth feel with a generous head.

Cloudy golden color with an awesome finish. One of the better tripels I've ever had. Unibroue turns out another winner.

Color is a muddy amber/ orange with a large, fluffy white head. Aroma is in a class by itself: angelic, uplifting, arousing. Fresh, floral, soft, sweet,...a compound of beauty and wonder, entirely in a universe of it’s own! Body is medium, but light on the tongue, sweet and spicy, with tingly hops! Full presence on the palate, lilting and dancing hops! This is a true contender to Duvel. S’wonderful, S’marvelous, S’whatIlike to drink!

What a fine beer! I like this from the label to the glass, from the colour to the aftertaste.

Great belgian triple style. This must be the best belgian style brewery in the americas. This is a very authentic tasting belgian triple. Very dry tasting, cloudy in color with very little head.and a spicey yeasty taste.

From a bottle best before 8-23-2013. Poured into a Duvel tulip.

A: Hazy amber/orange with a creamy white head that remains through most of the glass. Very appealing looking.

S: Ripe tropical fruits, with a slight spice. Very thick/strong scent and inviting.

T: Sweet up front with some overripe fruits, slight hints of alcohol, and a slight spice at the end. This has a good balance to it, the sweet up front meshes well with the dry semi-spice finish. Incredibly drinkable here.

M: Creamy full bodied with a lot of fizzy carbonation. Fills your mouth and feels like I could chew it.

O: I love this beer, it’s delicious. My biggest gripe with it is that it’s only available in gift sets. Seek it out for sure.
