750 ml bottle. Pours a very dark reddish brown color with a thick beige head. Aroma is spicy with strong hints of nutmeg and brown sugar as well asbread dough and fresh yeast. Taste is complex with strong spicy overtones, primarily nutmeg and brown sugar. Dark fruit and a hint of banana can also be detected in taste. Very well done.

Pours black with a cola-like fizz. Aroma of candy sugar and plums. Tastes like fruity Coca-Cola. Wow. Not much of a finish, but this was different enough to keep my attention.

Bottle. Quite sweet, with a candy/brown sugar character. Some sweet flavours such as caramel come through aswell. Lightly sticky and quite yeasty, finish is quite carbonated and some alcohol shows through in the finish.

2 years aged, this beer had gained quality. Thin creamy head, brown-red colour. Fruits flavours like raisins and plums. A little acid but not too much. Very well balanced and full bodied. Also a nice yeasty finish.

Thick cidery reddish brown with a voluminous head, this product’s malty flavor reminds me of Guiness mixed with a cider . 750ml/$8

Well balanced nose of Ripe candied dark fruits, nuts, bread, cocoa and spice. Extremely complex and lively on the palate this is an amazingly complex brew without being so much so that it bcomes indistinct. Great finish of lingering chocolate covered dark fruit.
