Aroma is spicy with strong hints of nutmeg and brown sugar as well asbread dough and fresh yeast. Taste is complex with strong spicy overtones, primarily nutmeg and brown sugar. Extremely complex and lively on the palate this is an amazingly complex brew without being so much so that it bcomes indistinct. Great finish of lingering chocolate covered dark fruit.
