An amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of caramel and spices and herbs, but I can’t pick out the ingrediens. The flavor is sweet malty and very spicy, combined with notes of oranges, caramel, and hints of alcohol. The mouthfeel is quite carbonated.

(Bottle 75 cl) Slightly hazy dark brown with a creamy, off-white head. Malty, roasted aroma with distinct notes of alcohol. Sweetish and roasted flavours with notes of caramel and dried fruits. Lovely fullness with a warming alcohol. No real bitterness. 041105

Bottled. Nut brown, lively head. Banana aroma. Sweet, fruity and estery with some almond. Somewhat syrupy, but with soft, sparkling mouthfeel. More dryish finish with some grass.

From 75 cL bottle. Pours deep ambe with no head. Aroma is soft raisin sweet, caramel malt and alcohol presence. Flavour is the same in a very mild blend, surprisingly mild given the abv of this. Very enjoyable mellow beer.

Bottle at ÅBF08. Vanilla and sherry aroma. Hazy dark brown colour. Small bubbly head. Very distinct sherry flavour. Nice, I guess, but I prefer my beer without sherry.

Bottled. Dark amber colour, not much head. Plum, glue and alcohol in nose. Flavour is semiroasted, strongly caramellish and syrupy. Dark fruits and sugar also noteable. Wellbalanced and pleasant to drink.
