Bottle. Pours hazy and golden. The aroma when the bottle is first open is luscious apple and apple cider...very nice not overpowering. Aroma mellows after poured and yeast is apparent. Flavor is very balanced sweet apple that dries up a bit toward the finish. The aftertaste is very pleasant apple. A bit on the bright side as far as effervescence goes but otherwise palate is alright. Quite nice and not at all cloying or sickeningly sweet. A very good beer.

750mL Bottle: Slightly cloudy straw body w/ lively carbonation & a large white head. Aroma is mostly apple w/ a bit of yeast & spices. Flavor is slightly tart w/ apples & coriander gently nudging its way through. Nice carbonation & rather dry. I’m glad I didn’t rate this the first few times I had it because I hated it. I don’t know what happened between then and now, but this bottle was fantastic.

Cloudy, yellow-gold, with a tall white head and lots of bubbles. Rich sweet apple aroma, with Belgian yeast and golden malt, spices, citrus. Flavor of apples and light malt. Somewhat sweet juice, but overall moderate. Fragrant but not cloying at all. Nicely balanced, a touch of sour, citrus, and spice. Very interesting. Highly carbonated. Beer flavor is slightly overcome by apple, but nice.

Golden color with moderate white head. Definite apple notes in the aroma along with light malt and spices. Yes, to me the apple is of a Granny Smith or maybe even a Fuji. Smooth, pleasant beer and very good on a warm day/evening. Body is light along with carbonation. A good effort in this category. The apple is not overwhelming, and to me that is a plus.

hazy golden, white head. aroma of the usual belgians: cloves, bananas, and funky spices mixed with apple juice. The flavor is similar: it starts out like a tripel but then dries out completely to a cider. a hint of sourness but not much. not too bad as an experiment but not something I would drink regularly.

Bottle. Pours opaque gold with little white head that dissipates quickly. Aroma is granny smith apples, yeast, and malts. Flavor is almost melon, apple, malts, and yeast. Finish is dry and clean with a little lingering apple tartness.

Had this on tap in Key West... very surprising. I was impressed by how easy to drink this beer was. It had a very refreshing dryness that sticks out in my mind. The apple flavor was not too overpowering. I didn’t notice much by way of hops, there might very well not have been any... It was sort of like a malty cider.

Cloudy gold appearance. Nose is sour apple pie a’ la mode, tart and creamy. Medium mouthfeel with bits of sour apple and citrus hitting the tongue. No bret or funk detected, just a very pleasing beer. I like!
