Corked 750 from the Dépanneur down the street from the hotel. Pours a hazy golden yellow with a medium sized white head. Yeast and apples on the nose, and a little hint of funk and wheat. Medium bodied and light with nice light carbonation. Ends gently with a little more apple flavor coming through. Easy drinking, and interesting.

Apr 5, 2009 I never thought I would actually purchase this. But I only had a few bucks and so I bought it out of necessity. (YES! NECESSITY) Cloudy and golden with a head so huge it could not be controlled. Aroma is noticeably wheaty and citrusy- with a little bit of apple i suppose. Taste is rather malty and typically overly wheat powered which seems ot to be the Unibroue theme. A slightly tart apple finish rounds of the brew.

Mar 30, 2009 Tap. Pours a cloudy light tan with very little head. Aroma’s got apples, of course, with a little spice and sourness. I swear I smelt a little funk in there, too. Tasted basically like sour apple Jolly Ranchers at the start, with a lot of the apple flavor in the finish. I also noted some spice and a little bubblegum. Sharply carbonated and slightly dry overall. This one had too much apple and not enough real beer flavor, nor anything else to make it particularly distinctive.

Mar 27, 2009 bottled, bright light yellow with HUGE white head and a lot of carbonation, very strong apple aroma (cider like), very light flavor of apples with a slight hint of malt, very clean palate, no hops noted, "who spilled ale in my cider?!?!"
