Dec 12, 2008 12 ouncer from Sun Devil. coyotehunters review is dead on, and I will add that the Granny Smith smelled and tasted accurate but with a definite hint of synthetic flavoring. Seems a great beer for reduction or sauce making.

Dec 5, 2008 Kind of a cloudy yellow pee color strong scent of apples.Rather distant taste of Granny Smith apples with a background of wheat. Doesnt suck but it’s not too great either. Again I owe MrBunn thanks

Nov 28, 2008 Hazy pale yellow. Aromas of apples led to a expectation of apples in the flavor. I mean there was apple in the flavor, but I was expecting something else. As it was, it was still decent. Wheat flavors and apple together. Not too bad.

Apples, yeast, and citrus dominate the flavor. Not a bad beer, but i do not think i am going to look for this one again.

Nov 20, 2008 Slightly hazy whitish-orange color with a thin fizzy white head. Sour applles and yeasty breadiness and spice. Taste is wheaty, some tart green apples and light spices.

Nov 19, 2008 Bottle courtesy of Naka. Pours yellow with pink hues and a fizzy, two finger head that dissipates to nothing. Nose is pear, peach and spice. This tastes like an under-flavored Belgian (Blanche de Chambly) with pear/apple, which is a bit muted by the yeast character until the end where a pear nectar/apple juice type thing breaks through. Not too impressed. Meh.

Nov 18, 2008 Bottle. Poured a hazy gold/orange color with a three finger white head. Aroma of sour apples and spices...kind of like apple pie. Flavor was very sweet with abundant apple flavors. Good beer, but never more than one.

Nov 18, 2008 Poured hazy, pale orange with a soaring snow white head. Aromas of apple, spice (cloves,cinamon coriander) and camomile. Palate is interesting, tastes alot like a wit but the slight acidity of the apples adds another dimension. Interesting.
