Bottle. I know, this one looks like the Ephemere Apple. But it isn’t. I had both and this one is made of apple concentrate, not granny smith. It’s spicy, a bit of orange, unfortunatly, can’t taste the apple. Cloudy orange, very different to the other Ephemeres I had. Interesting but not sure I would replace the original with this one.

750ml bottle. Right in the aroma you can smell the green apples. The beer is cloudy. For flavor/palate, you get the green apple in a very good proportion with the beer. It doesn’t taste sugary or syrupy.

Bottle pours clear yellow color with white head. Aroma is granny smith apples with some yeast. Stinging mouthfeel from the high carbonation. Flavor is more granny smith apple, belgian yeast, and finishes dry. This is a light and refreshing beverage.

expected this to be overly sweet, but was surprised at the flavor. The green apple is up front, but you can also make out some nice malt/spice as well.

Any ale or lager made with fruit, the body, color, hop character, and strength vary depending on the type of fruit used. This is with green apple, so has a lighter appearance to it.

12oz bottle. Pours a hazy light gold body that’s topped by a frothy white head with good retention. Light fruity aroma highlighted with apple and some spiciness. Taste is big on green apples up front, with lingering orange rind, clove, and coriander. Mouthfeel is quite smooth and highly carbonated. Very refreshing.

Pours cloudy and golden,thin head,smell is incredible! apples, bananas, oranges, taste is awesome, little fizzy,(carbonated) like a having a soft drink. Would enjoy this with a thanksgiving meal!

Pale yellow pour from bottle. Strong smell of apples and mild spice. Light bodied and fizzy, with a lower alchohol content (than most Unibroue beers), I’d say this is one for the ladies.
