Thanks to ghawener. Pours a hazy, pale, yellow color with a white head. Aroma of fruit and spices. Light bodied, flavors are nicely balanced of green apples, lemon and spices. Nicely done.

Drank with ramenen & rsamayoa. Bottle: Within its style it’s complex, and surprisingly well crafted. Lots a fresh citrus flavors over a green apple base. Refreshing, great.

Aroma of tart green apple, sweet brown sugar and yeast. Color is light yellow and quite hazy. Small head which quickly disappears. Flavor is initally tart, with a nice green apple flavor and a very mild sweetness. Finishes very very clean, with very little aftertaste. Quite good and refeshing fruit beer that doesn’t rely on sweetness.

Draught. Pours a cloudy dull yellow colour with a small white head. Moderate tart apple aroma with hints of yeast. Taste is predominantly apple as well with nice tartness through the finish. Nice summer beer although one is probably enough at a given time.

2005 Vintage, 750 ml bottle shared with my wife. Pours a hazy pale gold with a moderate white head that faded to a film before mid-glass and left very little lace. Pleasant subtle aroma of apples with some mild yeast. The flavor is again subtle with some light sweet malt and a bit of yeast up front, followed by some apples. Very refreshing actually; this is a nice summer beer. Ephemere is a good name to describe this beer.

Decent fruit beer. Unibroue is one of my favorite breweries, but I guess they had to make this to appease a small crowd of fruity beer drinkers. Subtle apple flavor, much better than Woodchucks.
