2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20 jeremyh70 (351) - Missouri, USA - JAN 13, 2013
Poors clear pale yellow with decent head and lacing. Fruity apple aroma. Sweet and fruity taste, a little tart and bitter. High carbonation. A bit like sparkling wine with cider. Low moderate mouthfeel. Good. Would like to try again. Seems very light and drinkable. Maybe good for a non beer drinker who likes fruit.

3.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 seymour (1099) - Saint Louis, Missouri, USA - JAN 9, 2013
Tasted from a fancy 12 oz brown bottle into a mini schooner. It poured a cloudy orangish amber colour with thin but persistent white foam and some Belgian lace. Strong aromas: apple, apple, apple, with some husky grains , citrusy coriander, distinctive peppery Unibroue Belgian yeast phenols, even very faint noble-ish hops. Flavors of apple again, which I don’t usually like very much in beer, but this baby had enough tart and crackery Belgian Wit characteristics to win me over. Light body, high carbonation, obviously fruity but after awhile a crisp dry finish. Much nicer than I expected. A highly recommended novelty.

Very very mild and light flavor and personality except for the carbonation which is stinging. Dry and lacks a needed sweetness. Green apple nose and a little less in the flavor marked by drying apple peel. Cinnamon.

Bottle picked up at Consumers Beverages Niagara Falls New York. Pours a cloudy golden yellow, big white head that dies down quite a bit, and some strings of lace. Nose of soap, a little barnyard and apple. Tastes light, wheat like, apple. Pretty decent.

On tap at Global Brew. Pours a pale cloudy yellow with a nice small bead white head. Aroma is green apples. Clean mild taste of sweet pale malt and apples. IMO, this is the Blanche Chambly with apple juice. This is very good and refreshing!
3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 rangerred (660) - Johnson City, Tennessee, USA - DEC 18, 2012
12oz bottle into a pint glass.
Pours a slightly hazy straw yellow with a fluffy one finger head. Not much in the way of lacing but pretty good head retention.
Lots of apple in the aroma, almost a candy apple quality along with some very light caramel. Apple really dominates, though.
Lots of apple up front in the taste along with a decent amount of tartness transitioning into a light wheat character. The entire mouthfeel is very light with just slight bitterness towards the finish. Very refreshing.
Overall, this beer is a little one dimensional but very nicely put together. Would be wonderful on a hot day during the summer.
