On tap at Angel Inn, Niagara-on-the-Lake. Looks greenish-yellow in the glass next to a plain wheat beer. Cloudy, of course. Aroma of "apple candy" and wheat. The taste is more "apple candy" and funky yeast. Good, but definitely not my favourite Unibroue.

Bottle pours a cloudy golden yellow with a thin white head. Aroma is mainly apple. Very lively carbonation. Tastes of wheat, coriander, sweet apple, and citrus. Dangerously drinkable.

Draft at the Tap House in Steamboat. Pale, golden and hazy. The aroma is apples and spices. The body is light to medium with average carbonation. Lightly sweet and tart, it’s fruity but not overdone. Very pleasant and refreshing. Nice!

For a beer that is brewed with apple juice, I expected more apple flavor. There is a nice nutmeg aroma going on here, but the flavor is pretty much horrible. The aftertaste is the best part. That is what reminds me most of those Granny Smith apples used in this. I would love to try their peach, cassis and cranberry beers... but this is the only one still made. Unless you live in Quebec. They make a raspberry beer for locals. Not impressed, Unibroue.

Its good nice sweet apple aroma witha yellow cider tinge. Nice crab apple taste with a bit of sweetness

Mondial. This is a nice well balance fruit beer that is perfect for spring and fall drinking.
