Oct 19, 2007 Pours a nice big white head... Smell was really great... U smell the apple pretty easily. Pretty light taste with a hint of apple. Same kind of finish as rest of Unibroue product but a little lighter wich is nice. Overall a very nice summer bear

Oct 19, 2007 Cloudy but thin and with a big head. Intense apple candy, like Jolly Rancher, smell. Sour-sweet. Straightforward. Not complex but tasty and inviting. Thoroughly enjoyable, round, and quite drinkable.

Oct 17, 2007 Where to start... pleasant aroma of apples and yeast... taste is like a yeasty strong ale, but with some bitterness - not from hops, but kind of like the bitterness you find in pineapple or apples. Dry finish...
A good fruit beer for sure.

Oct 13, 2007 Pours a very light yellow with a thin head. Aroma has light yeasts and fruit. The flavor is very fruity, really too much. Pineapple is predominant, with lemon and plain sugar. Kind of dry in the middle. Not bad, but I probably won’t bother with it again.

Oct 9, 2007 Pours a brownish-gold color with a white head. Aroma is sour with apples, lemon, banana, and some yeast. Light on the palate. Flavor is of apples, lemon, and spices up front. Slightly tart and dry finish. Overall the flavor doesn’t quite match the aroma but this is still a somewhat decent brew.

Oct 6, 2007 Updated: Mar 21, 2009Poured from a bottle. Poured a clear, golden color with rising carbonation and a thick white head. Aroma of green apples dominates. Yeasty spice flavors greet the palate and lead into a nice apple flavor. Nice carbonation, and bites the mouth. Nice, easy drinking beer.
