75 cl bottle, Fargo. Hazy yellow colour, mixture of apple, orange and raspberry aroma. Very smooth, fruity lingering, quite nice.

Bubble pale yellow color and a really intense apple aroma. Flavor doesn’t live up to the aroma, however, as the apple is only vaguely present behind a generic soury fruity sweetness. Mouthfeel is quite odd - a bit like an apple-flavored soda. Unlike anything I’ve ever tried before but I don’t know that I’d try it again (at least not the apple).

Cloudy yellow color. Smell of yeast, apples, flowers, vinergar, sour fruit and a hint of pineapple. Tastes the same but the apples dominate the whole beer. Also some wheat comes in. Very light but I am going to have this again.

Pours hazy yellow with a huge white head. Granny Smith abounds in the nose, like a cider. Light, bubbly mouthfeel. Tart apples and spice throughout, with some pear flavors. Lots of fruit, not much beer, but good.

Unibroue’s weakest offering, in my opinion. Not much apple to it. Watery consistency, light yellow color, almost no head. Reminded me of a watery, boozy juice Schorle.

This blonde ale poured into a flute with a large white head. This is not a sparkling cider - it is an apple beer. It tastes sort of like a fizzy witbier with apple juice in it. It’s certainly not the best tasting beer I’ve had, but it went down very well after a 20 mile bike ride on a hot Sacramento day.

The aroma is apples and a citrus bubble gum. The appearance is cloudy yellow/orange. The head is white, fully diminishing with virtually no lacing. The initial flavor is a little sweet and the finish is tart and short. The body is light and watery, the carbonation lively. I’ve had this a few times before and this is not as good as I remember.

When I opened the bottle on this one, fom the point of the cap opening to it being poured the aroma of apples is imnense! Major apple on the palate and the finish is dominate on apples, then tuns to almost spicy.
