Has a sour green apple candy aroma. Tastes like a Saison. It starts with a sweet fruit flavor of apple, pear, and a trace of lemon that blends into a dry earthy grass finish. Aftertaste is sort of like champagne.

Pours a hazy orange with a quickly dissipating white head. Aroma is Belgian yeast and apple. Flavor is tart granny smith apples. Mouthfeel is overly fizzy. Tastes and feels like drinking a champagne or sparkling wine. A better-than-average fruit beer, but not a session beer or one I would probably seek out again.

Pours a golden color plenty of carbonation with a thick white head. An apple undertone however the taste is a little lame. 12 oz bottle from a sampler pack

Poured into tulip glass. One inch head. Smells like apples and has a little of that yeasty smell that most Unibroue’s have. Very light on the palate. Taste like sour apple but not too sour. A refreshing beer but not one that I’ll go out of my way to buy again

12 oz. bottle in variety 4-pack. Strong apple aroma. Apple flavor is modest. Brew leans to tart rather than sweet.

On tap at RnH (Midtown, NYC): Pours a light, yellow head with a faint aroma of sour, granny smith apples. Where’s that strong spicy taste coming from? Spice shouldn’t be associated with what should be a sweet, tart beer. I was so excited to taste this beer, but the apple taste is just too faint... Not for me. #044 on 03072009, DG.

Hazy dark golden with a 3 finger white head. Big tart green apple aroma. Flavor is spicy tart apple with tart wheat, then lightly sweet to finish. Refreshing drink.
