I like this beer, probably more than I should. The tart apple cider taste should be distracting, but for a summer beer, outside on your porch or balcony, this is a great fruit beer. Has become a staple of summer time lineup (5/3/2009)

enjoyed this beer a lot. Got it a a real chill bar in town. There was a perfect blend of apple and spice. The flavor it leaves in your mouth is refreshing and satisfying. Def a keeper.

The nose on this beer is probably the best example of a fruit beer anyone could smell. The taste is not as overwhelming but still outstanding. A wonderful beer from a great brewery.
4.5 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20 Uglyradio (791) - Greenville, South Carolina, USA - JUL 22, 2003
This one pours a pale, golden, straw color with a big, creamy white head that lingers. It has a big aroma of apples, yeast, coriander, and orannge. Medium body with lively carbonation and a smooth, creamy mouthfeel, this one goes down exceptionally well. The flavor is wonderfully balanced between the apples and coriander, with just a hint of orange. The finish is long and sweet with a big fruit burst of apples and a lingering coriander spiciness. What a fantastic beer, especially for these hot, summer months.

Incredible when served in a flute. Pale golden color wiht soft white head. Heady aroma of spiced apple and coriander. Very soft in the mouth with lingering ripe apple finish. Slight spice dance’s around the palate with no noticable alcohol. Some creaminess and a champange like acidity. Wonderful apertif

Outstanding offering from an equally impressive brewer. Unibroue hasn’t made a bad beer yet; at least that I have had. This is just the right blend of sweet and sour. Had this at midnight on New Year’s Eve ’04-’05. Much better than champagne, and much easier to handle in the morning as well.
