3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20Best before 5/1/05. Poured a medium sized white head with fine sized bubbles that quickly dissipated. The body was carbonated and hazy with a pale yellow hue. The aroma was sweet, fruity and mostly an apple juice aroma. The taste was cidery, sweet, fruity and apple juice from start to finish. The mouthfeel was smooth and somewhat dry. This was a light-medium bodied beer with no lacing.

Golden pour with a very limited white head. Aroma is tart and sweet apples and not much else. Light bodied, quite effervescent which lends itself to the body. Flavour is apples, grain, sugar. Lingering tart apple on the finish.

pours almost clear filtered apple juice yellow with minimal head, and lots of CO2 activity. Very fruity green apple juicy nose with a bit of yeasty banana wheat.
Attack: soft wheat malt, 6/10-candy sweetness
Mid-palate: fizzy, sour tart green apple, mild apple peel fibrous, yeasty, cuts dry
Finish: light rough dry, light soapy green apple, tingly finish.
A dry finish that is excessively dry and wheat/malty for my tastes.

Tres bonne biere rafrechissante lors de chaude journée. Convient parfaitement pour la petite biere d’apres midi entre amis. Ne pas trop en boire car l’arome de pomme peux tomber sur le coeur.

August 2011. Bottle. Apple, citrus and yeast aromas. Color is golden yellow with a white head. Flavors evolve around apples with tart, acidic, spicy notes. Dry finish.

Nice tart apple bouquet. Surprisingly doesn't carry forward to the taste, which is more sweet apple. The base flavor is saison-like without a peppery kick. Some tartness at the back end. Not bad at all.

12 Fl. Oz. Bottle. Pours cloudy golden with a decent white head and nice lacing. Aroma is definitely apples combined with some spices.Taste is a nice balance of the tartness of the green apples combined with the sweetness of the malts, it has a very nice dry finish. Good beer.

Bottle. Light golden hazy colour with a small white head. The aroma is apple cidery. The taste is quite appley and a maybe somewhat sweet. Quite ok for a fruit beer.

Pours a hazy yellow with a small white head. I smell green apple, light (xmass) spice and yeast. I taste whole wheat, sweet apple, spice, citrus and kind of tart in the finish. I like it! This will make you drink too much:)

From the bottle poured a cloudy, yellow brew with a white head. Interesting aromas and flavors of light malt, citrus, and a hint of mint. Light bodied and tasty.

Bottle. Perfume, apple, sugar cookie, and yes- coriander. Dark golden with white frothy head and light lacing. Sweet, perfumey flavor. Round mouthfeel with light dry finish.
