From Bottle

Poured cloudy orange. Bubbly white head that lasted until the beer was gone. Nice lacing on glass. Aroma of mixed berries, all fruit and sweet smelling. Flavor right off the bat was the wheat base. Fruity notes came next, and a slight sour tingle aftertaste. I thought the flavors mixed very well. Light mouthfeel with a nice champagne feel.

Bottle provided and shared with thedm and hotstuff. An orangey/pink body with a foamy whiteish head. The aroma was all fruit, apples, peaches, and grapes. The flavor lent itself to fruits(peaches and apples and sour grapes) with a bit of a yeasty characteristic. This one kinda fell short on all aspects, and I think we all poured it out because there wasnt much to it.

Pours cloudy pink with a spritzy, fully receding white head. Aroma of grapes, spicy yeast, and strawberries. Taste is tart, sweet, and fruity. Notes of cherries, sour grapes, currant, with a spicy witbier finish. Mouthfeel is light bodied with fizzy carbonation. One of the best fruit beers I’ve ever had. I just wish it was a bit softer on the palate.

From just popping the cork I knew this beer was full of fruit. Very fizzy pour with a huge opportunity for a thick head if care was not taken. Smell had an overpowering fruity scent (not bad, just fruity). Champagne-like feel to the first drink. This beer successfully hides the wheat feel with bubbles. Maybe I should have swirled it a few times to reduce the carbonation. 750 mL bottle gives me enough to drink that satifies me for awhile. I think it is too champagne-like and fruity for me.

Bottle. Gusher. Oh no! It’s near my keyboard! Damn you ephemere! Pink rose blonde. Champagne bubbly. Soda-champage fizzbubble head. Dry aroma, strawberry kiwi. Head dissipates quickly as expected. Dryish flavor with hints of bartles & james wine cooler flavor mixed in with a light bland beer. This is just not balanced right, it’s lightly everything, and more bland than everything - little bits of tart, little bits of fruit, this beer needs to grow some balls.

[750 ml bottle] Pours a nice, clear rosy color. Taste is somewhat tart, aroma is kind of sweet- not much fruit present. Nice and refreshing.

341 ml bottle, bought in my IGA in Boisbriand (Quebec), October 2, 2009. Misty dark rose, medium pink head. Aroma of malty berries, a touch of spice. Taste of cassis and some other tart red fruit, but somewhat malty, slightly sweet and dry in mouth. Not very pleasant at all!
