I really enjoy the spritzy effervescence and light breezy refreshing finish. desurfer (1067), Pinellas Park, Florida, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | May 5, 2005 Pours a hazy gold body with a foamy, pinkish head. Aroma is sour wheat, hay, yeast, and currants. Flavor is nicely done; the currant flavor is not overbearing, it tastes fresh and sweet, like a wheat beer with fruit added. It does have a bit too much carbonation, though. Not bad. AustinMilbarge (681), Denver, Colorado, USA
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | May 2, 2005 A fairly well done fruit beer. The problem I have with fruit beers is that sometimes they taste a little synthetic with respect to the fruit. But this beer did not suffer from that. Pretty dry, lots of carbonation. Too bad it doesn’t taste as good as it looks or smells. Like a cross between cheap pink champagne and berry weisse. Also left me with cotton mouth a few minutes after finishing. I’m sure the girls will like it tho. BOO! Shag (1923), Chattanooga, Tennessee, USA

A pinkish orange color. A floral and raspberry aroma. Now Im all excited to try it. Wah Wah Wah! Extremely weak flavor I taste next to nothing. But this side of nothing I get some currant, peaches, and raspberry. Excuse me bartender can I get some more beer with this water! Jokes (1453), Chicago, Illinois, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Apr 28, 2005 Light pink with an effusive, fluffy white head that leaves nice lacing. The aroma is slightly sweet and fruity with a subtle grape element mixed with light citrus, wheat, a touch of banana and some various cereals. The body is light and easy drinking. The flavors are rather mellow and subdued, but not without character. The wheaty base is smooth and enjoyable and the addition of cassis adds just enough tang to really make it interesting. In some ways it has a bit of mild grape preserves on a slice of fresh, artisinal bread. In other ways, it doesn’t seem like that at all. Good, but not something I’d drink regularly. willblake (2174), Belcamp, Maryland, USA

Hazy, deep amber ale with a midsized, creamy, pinkish/purple head. Great retention. Everything about this beer is subtle. The fruity, yeasty aroma hints of red grapes and apricot. The tart, perfectly balanced flavor provides whispers of berries and lemon. Light-bodied and dry with fizzy carbonation. Crisp, dry, fruity finish. Refreshing.
