| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Dec 5, 2004 Large, frothy light pink head. Good carbonation. Color is a cloudy pinkish orange. Fruit aroma with sour grapes, and raspberries. Flavor is fruity and fizzy. Slightly sour and dry taste. Sour grapes again. Finsih is dry and puckering. An interesting twist to beers. Almost like a less sweet and dry wine cooler. Better then some of the other Éphémère brews. Thanks to radiomgb for this one. beerbuzzmontreal (2911), Montreal, Quebec, Canada

Flavor of malt and black currant, maybe spicy too. Medium body, liquorous texture, lively carbonation. Not bad but I’m not a fan of Éphémère so far. JadoreBlanche (114), London, Ontario, Canada

| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Oct 12, 2004 Much nicer than the apple version, proabaly due to the stronger flavour from the balckcurrants. An aroma that makes you want to drink it and a nice fruity aftertaste that makes you want to drink more. Very, very nice. dirkules (613), Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Very tart aroma of berries, black an blue to be precise. Tastes the same as it smells which is welcoming and the aftertaste is tart like candy. A bit of carbonation. This is a fantastic beer! Much better than the apple but could be a bit sweeter. mds (2112), Toronto, Ontario, Canada

| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 5/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Sep 2, 2004 Dark golden color with a hint of rose. Head is enormous and rich, with a off pink color. Clean fruity aromas. Hint of malt with a white zinfandel crispness. Light fruit flavors mingle with the light malt. Sticks a bit in the finish with a touch of sweetness. Has a cheap champagne qualify (sorry for the comparison, but that is the way I see it). Thanks go out to Rastacouere.
