Nice peach colored beer with no head. Aroma is lightly sour with sweet black grape aroma. Flavor is underwhelming. Light flavors of fruit and a touch of sourness. Good, but needs stronger flavors to be better. Thanks Kawa!!!

Soft light body. Fruity element is well pronounced .Use of berry does interesting side effect. Soft light tartness and berry flavour reminds me of black tea effect. Nice.

Hazy orange with a small head. Tangy berry aroma, fizzy mouthfeel, starts and ends both sweet and adicic. Has a blueberry character to it.

Bit reddish with a pretty pink head. Nose is sour cassis. Quite fruity flavor at first, nice kick of tartness and cassis, but sort of dies at end. Are a few vaguely cookiesh malts. Good, but gave the promise of actually being great.

Bottle, thanks to Todd (capflu). Sweet and sour aroma of fruits and currant I presume. Pours a pinkish/orange with a huge bubble off-white/off-pink head. Wild looking stuff. Maybe some mild malty notes in the nose as well. Sweet fruits gush at first, quickly turning into lots of sourness. Finishes very malty and creamy. Very nice finish if you can make it through the cascades to start with. My favorite of the Ephemeres...I really like the maltiness to finish.

341 ml bottle. Bottled January 2004. Hazy pinkish orange colour with a mostly lasting frothy and rocky white head. Lilac, herbal, currant, and sour cherry aroma. Wheat and biscuit flavours before a light and dry herbal, fruity, and faint acidic finish. Very dry and refreshing.

Sample at Weasel Boy. The beer pours a pinkish gold color with a medium off-white head that fizzes away quickly. Aroma of currant and granny smith apples. Medium-bodied with a tart fruity character. Apples and currants are complemented by some bready malts and wheat. The finish is fruity with a lingering fruity aftertaste. Decent overall.
