Bottle from LCBO. Pours amber, not red as one might expect. Pleasant tart flavour with just the right amount of cranberry. My favorite ephemere, I think.

Corked and caged 750 ml bottle. Clouded peach color, thin white foam fades. Muted berry fruity yeasty wheaty aroma and taste, lightly tart, a bit aqueous. Average carbonation, very light bodied, low hopped. Paired well with Thanksgiving turkey dinner. MLF (More Lagerboy Friendly)

On tap at Dutch’s. Totally hazy golden orange color. Thin white head. Some loose bits of lace. Medium body, nice full feel to it. Smooth, kind of soft, lighter carbonation. Lightly slick finish, kind of a dry taste. Moderate sweet, light tart. Good creme and cranberry aroma, wheat, mild spice. Pretty nice cranberry fruit beer. Has kind of like a cheesecakey creaminess to it, and nice amount of cranberry, overtop a solid wheat ale.

Nice smooth smell of cranberry, yeast and rosemery. Sweet taste of caramel with a dry herbal centre and a fruity sour and sweet finish. Bittersweet. Fruit added to a belgian ale. Not bad. Drinkable but a bit sour. I like the cranberry.

On tap @ The Port Trenton. Pours a dark hazy gold with minimal head. Aromas are cranberry or white grape juice. Tastes are cranberry, clove, and orange zest. Tangy, lively carbonation, short spicy finish. Interesting. ---Rated via Beer Buddy

UPDATED: SEP 13, 2014 750ml bottle from LCBO. Minimal white frothy head on a great blonde body. Citrus/ fruity notes, the cranberry is not as overbearing as expected and orange notes are just as present in aroma. Tart in flavor, alcohol and some fruit. Cranberry isn?t one of my more enjoyed fruits for beer flavoring, but I was pleasantly surprised.
