An unclear yellow beer with a fast disappearing white head. The aroma is sweet yeasty with notes of citrus and spices. The flavor is sweet with notes of yeast, citrus, and hints of peach. The carbonation runs prickling over the tongue. And the end is hoppy.

omhper (19932) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - AUG 4, 2003
Bottled. Pale yellow, hazy, rich head. Strong peach aroma. Lightly acidic, yet super sweet with a dominating flavour of canned peaches in syrup. Somewhat artificial and just too sweet to be refreshing.

Light blond color; too much foam. Strong apricot aroma (?). The body is a little thin, dry, yeasty; probably would be better if sweeter. Non interesting final. Finally, the aroma is the only interesting point.

Oakes (12788) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - MAY 3, 2003
Light tan; peach dominates the aroma with a little yeastiness and dried hops. Yeasty, off-dry character with peach candy - the yeast struggles to offset the sweetness of the peach extract. Sweet and sour finish. I'd prefer to take my Ephemere neat, thank you.

Murky peach hue topped by small off-white head. Aroma is sweet peach, some tartness. Taste is minimal up front, light peach mid-tongue. Not very sweet, some tartness. Dry light peach finish.

Bottled: Light yellow coloured. Hazy. Off white small head. Fruity (obvious isn’t it) aroma. Peach very very dominant in the aroma and the flavour. Too much for my likings, and it totally disturbs the other flavours in the beer. Not good.

Hazy blonde with a canned peach aroma with light berries, and bananas. Light malt and peaches melba. Lighter bodied. 1 year old. Nov. 2004.

cloudy orange colour, fine head, perfumy and strong peachy aroma, overcarbonated, sweet with a touch of acidity, long disgusting peachy finish - unbalanced and disgusting; bad move from Unibroue here

Murky, pear juice-colored brew. White creamy head. Retains well. The nose is of peach cobbler, crust and all. Yeasty too. The flavor is fruity and refreshing. Light-bodied with a creamy mouthfeel and fizzy carbonation. Crisp, clean finish. Very nice Summer brew! Thanks to radiomgb for this brew.

Cloudy pale golden colour. Initially poured with a lovely thick head that quickly dissipated. Very strong aroma of peaches with some maltiness. Mouthfeel was somewhat thin and overly carbonated. Despite the strong peach aroma, the taste was not was I expected. Sweet, malty taste with a subtly peach/apricot finish. Not bad as a easy-drinking summer beer, but I've definately had better
