Wow, I’m not shure I can do this one justice. It’s amasing, but I’m not shure anyone can do this one justice, it’s SOOOOOO complex, so many flavours, so many levels. Not normaly a fan of the belgian styles, but this is unique. Pours a slightly hazy golden pale sunshine, thin bubble whispy head, light fizzy-ish carbonation. Aroma is of peaches apple, and some yeast traces, with undertones of just about EVERYTHING in the fruit store. Palat is reminicent of fuzzy peaches. Ahhhhhh, the tasting. One is instantly hit with peach, apple and apricot dancing with a very light biscuity malt, and a note of noble hop, then bombarded with flavour half-swallow. White grape, orange zest, sage, collard greens, muscat, and chive take the front row, folowed closley behind by kale, brown rice, sweet alchol, tyme, clove, dry lemon, peat moss, kiwi, nutmeg, earthy undertones, a blend of hops both bitter and floral, and that’s not all, that’s just what I can identify. There are some fruits and herbs I know are there, just cant describe. Aftertaste is sweet and yeasty, whith a dominance of biscuit maly and a dry finish. This all just makes me wonder what the ingredient list looks like, are all the aromatics natural or created? All in all a great ale, a wonderfull addition to the world of qubec’s belgium style brewers acomplishments. Cheers

It may not be listed as such, but this is a witbier, no doubt about it. Not only that, but maybe the best witbier I have had to date. Colour is murky, hazy, straw with bits of sediment floating about. Perfect two fingers of dense, rocky head. Ambrosiac aroma of corriander and aged hops. Sweet malt with a perfect balance of citric spice and corriander. Full-bodied mouthfeel. Crisp, slighty tart aftertaste. Plus 7% alcohol to boot, which by the way is almost undetectable. Thanks Radiomgb.

Another great brew from Unibroue. Citrus, lemon, and bubbel gum flavors. Finishes clean, crisp, and dry.

Poured a cloudy honey colour with a thick frothy white head. Of course, there was the characteristic Unibroue smell, but also hints of vanilla and pear in the nose. Sparkling carbonation, nice mouthfeel. Alcohol well hidden, doesn’t seem as heavy as the noire. Much better than the noire to be honest. Fruity taste (lemon) but fairly dry as well. A great broue..I mean..brew.

Pours a very hazy pale gold with an enormous, dense and rocky cream colored head. Very lacy. Smells spicy and peppery. Clove and hints of apple and banana. Tastes of sweet malt. Banana, clove and pepper all blended together. Lightly lemony. Creamy and lightly sticky. A remarkably clean finish for the style. Smooth, creamy, refreshing and very drinkable. Solid and tasty.
